Well much to the horror of my family, I have decided to start a blog.
A blog dedicated to all things baked!
Now having studied hospitality, I am well aware of how many different methods of cookery there are but I have to admit the one I enjoy the most is baking.
Cakes, biscuits, slices, cupcakes, bread...you name it, I want to bake it!!!
Just some background information on me, I work full time in an office job but if it came to me being paid for my passion then I would be working in my own cake shop. But until that happens, I just try to fit it in where I can.
I'm currently studying my second term in cake decorating, mainly with fondant and although I don't feel like I am ready to start "pimping" my work out in the real world yet - I hope to get there soon.
Until then, I will keep posting my oven conquests on here!
